Recognized as an accomplished visionary, Mihran Keoseian is dedicating his accomplishments and experiences to work with school leaders to ensure optimal achievement for all students. As a successful leadership coach, his primary goal is to assist school leaders identify and develop the critical abilities and skills they and their organizations need to attain optimal results for students and staff alike.
As a former principal of both middle and high schools, he consistently improved reading and mathematics scores and college placement rates. He earned the RJ Nabisco China Breaker's Award for challenging the status quo in underperforming schools through the creation of a professional learning culture resulting in improved student performance at all levels and transforming school culture into a safe environment for students and staff and alike. Under his direct leadership, underperforming schools experienced significant increases in graduation rates and their achievement scores in both math and literacy.
As a superintendent, he developed procedures and systems that resulted in his school district repeatedly achieving within the top one percent of schools in Massachusetts over an eight year period of time. With a background in systems thinking and strategic planning, he has helped schools and school systems improve performance at all levels for all students by aligning vision and mission with measurable action plans. He now brings that focused, success driven, student centered, commitment to assisting school leaders galvanize the energy and expertise of their staff to develop systemic, sustainable school improvement.
As a leadership coach, he now works directly with principals and school directors in Harlem, St. Louis, and Boston, MA.
